UNI’s 4 automatic assembly lines utilize the most advanced technology.
The SAMSUNG, YAMAHA & I-PULSE assembly lines, are designated, on one hand, to give an immediate and efficient solution for customers during development stages, while the required boards at the initial stage is not high. On the 2nd hand, the advanced SMT production lines are capable of offering a solution also for a mass production which requires production of thousands of boards on a daily basis. All the same, our customers benefit from the most of our professional knowledge to any project.
UNI assembles µBGA and 0201 components. The smaller the components – the more meticulousness will be on the details, starting with stencil preparation through using the best suitable soldering paste, throughout the SMT lines.

UNI offers solutions for PCB assembling in RF technology, whole RF assembly, military boards and solution for the medical industry.

On UNI we have a NPI department which accompanies the customer during product design phase starting the card editing, testability design throughout providing a complete solution from planning. In addition to the engineering ability and understanding of the need for rapid response in the NPI, UNI has established a department which provides support for the production of fast-track models with SMT Line, Stand Alone and fully complementary process until the card is supplied to the customer.
