As part of the assembled PCB testing procedure, UNI uses 2 AOI advanced testing systems, manufactured by ORBOTECH & YAMAHA, using 15 micron lens which analyze components starting with 0201.

The AOI-Automatic Optical Inspection procedure, assist the QC department and allows an automatic inspection for each and every PCB after it’s assembled on the SMT line.

Testing results can be received, including digital images according to customers’ requirements.
